Boulebar is a social getaway that makes groups of people get together, play and hang out. The soul of Boulebar is that we are a bold movement of loving rebels and good-humored winners.
The story simply started with three boule geeks but today we, by definition, are a restaurant company with a turnover of approximately SEK 200 million and with over 500,000 guests a year. Today Boulebar operates in five cities and we are now going global. We are motivated by growth and development.
The company's core values have followed us since the start in 2000 and incorporate the entire business. Boulebar is based on joy, curiosity and adventure. Or as we say: Freedom, togetherness and a glass of Pastis.
We are now looking to strengthen our team with a new Chief Marketing Officer who will join our movement.
We are good at what we are doing but want to be even better. We want to change the world with boule and a fair culture. We want to go our own way. As we said, we want to continue to grow. At least 20% per year. We want to establish Boulebar in lots of cities around the world. We want to make it with both heart and brain and we know that there is an interest from a lot of cities.
Our brand and identity are our core and an important part of what we offer. We have high ambitions about how people should have it in Boulebar. Both as a guest but also as an employee.
Who are you?
We are looking for a curious Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to work with all our marketing in the company. Today we have working brand and our long-term vision is set, our main challenge is to turn our foundation into working communication magic. You will be in charge of building a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and will direct our marketing efforts towards great success. Since we already are spread out in different cities and countries you need to be great at leading from a distance.
We believe that an excellent CMO is passionate about their profession and have great knowledge for all things marketing. You can balance a practical mindset with a creative business insight and lead people through complex marketing operations. The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts are successful and makes us grow even more.
You are a leader with both creative and analytical capabilities. You enjoy managing teams but also do things yourself. As a marketeer you understand the power of data and the possibilities it gives when knowing your customers and their needs.
Furthermore, we need you to have the ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels.
The right person for this job is probably already thinking of several different ways of how Boulebar should do to reach their goals and can’t wait to get started and join the movement!
