Communications team at Skanska headquarters in Stockholm Sweden is currently looking for an experienced Content Creator to drive and execute global strategic communications for the Skanska Group. Main responsibilities As a Content Creator you are responsible for preparing communication plans and creating global content; copy, visuals, moving imagery and similar based on the communication strategy and content plan for both internal and external purposes. Being a Content Creator requires that you secure creative quality material that is on-brand and adheres to guidelines and communication strategies. You will support the communications team with planning, development, production and delivery of inspiring content that promotes our values and purpose, used across all channels. You will also create communication material that promotes key initiatives such as business plans, policy and strategy documents, quarterly reports, annual reports, the Annual General Meeting and presentations. Experience and skills All of us in the team have different communications backgrounds and different skill-sets complementing each other. We are now looking for a strong content planner and creator motivated to contribute to our team. You are a social and non-prestigious person that work well both independently and as a team member. You can prioritize and plan your work, are capable of handling short deadlines and have a natural hands-on approach. Appropriate professional background from content agency or larger company is required. As you will be responsible for creation, execution and delivery of communications content, you are creative and well organized. You are comfortable in using the more traditional ways of communicating, such as print, web, videos, info graphics etc, but you are also creative in challenging and modernizing both our channels and the content itself. You are also used to planning resources and budget for planned activities. Good communications skills in English, both verbally and written.
